Our units consist of a lounge , kitchen and bedroom with en-suite showers. Our units are fully furnished and fully furnished with secure onsite parking behind automated gates.
We provide couches,dining table and chairs, queen/double beds, TV, microwave, fridge,stove,kettle ,fans, linen, cutlery,crockery and pots & pans. A communal washing and drying facility is provided.
For overnight guests, the unit are provided with electricity. Guests checking in for a week or more will provide their own prepaid electricity.
There is a security guard on duty at night. Gate remotes are available upon payment of a refundable deposit.
Phoenix self catering was opened in 2020. It was established to cater for guests who were visiting Durban for a short while and required short term affordable accommodation.
